Before You Start

SCOM Health Check Required: All Knowledge Partnership engagements begin with a SCOM Health Check. This is not optional — it ensures our architects have a complete, accurate picture of your environment and can provide relevant, targeted support from the first session.

Hours Do Not Roll Over: Monthly hours are use-it-or-lose-it. We recommend scheduling regular check-in sessions or submitting questions throughout the month to make the most of your retainer.

Remote Delivery: All Knowledge Partnership support is delivered remotely via secure video call and screen sharing. On-site engagements are available as a separate service.
